SILA 2026 — Account and Data Deletion Request

If you have created an account in the official SILA 2026 mobile application and would like to delete your account and associated personal data, you can request deletion at any time.

How to request deletion

To request deletion of your SILA 2026 account, please contact us at:

Please include the email address or other identifier associated with your SILA 2026 account and clearly state that you are requesting deletion of your account and associated personal data.

For security purposes, we may request information necessary to verify that the request was made by the account holder.

What will be deleted

When your deletion request is processed, we will delete your SILA 2026 account and the personal data associated with that account, subject to any information that we are legally required or otherwise permitted to retain.

Data that is retained where legally required will be limited to the applicable retention period and will not be used for purposes unrelated to that requirement.

App data stored on your device

Deleting your account does not necessarily remove data that may already be stored locally on your device. You can remove locally stored application data by signing out and/or uninstalling the SILA 2026 application from your device.

Processing of deletion requests

We will review and process valid account deletion requests in accordance with applicable requirements.
