Who we are ?
Created in 1995, the Fair is one of the most important periodic events organized by the Ministry of Culture and the Arts, as it provides an annual space for meetings between national and international authors, publishers, and creators.
The slogan
This edition will be held from October 29 to November 8, 2025, at the Palais des Expositions des Pins Maritimes (SAFEX) in Algiers, under the theme “Books: A Crossroads of Cultures”—a slogan that symbolizes the civilizational and human dimension of reading, a true bridge of communication among peoples and a space for interaction between intellectual and literary experiences from around the world.
